OneOrigin has entered the SkySong Innovation Centre in Arizona, where, we would work closely with our clients from the ASU. We shall also be moving to a new workspace in Bangalore some time soon.

We have amplified our growth rate this year! Compared to the last quarter of 2020, our revenues and EBIDTA rate for this quarter grew by 275% & 21.20% respectively. Since the last five years, we have been doubling in our growth, be it in terms of revenue, team size, and revenue.

We have introduced Band Level system for employees within our organization. ``Your Band`` is not related to ``Your Job title``. Rather, ``Your Band`` describes your current career position along with upcoming benefits, within OneOrigin and the Band progression document outlines the possible career growth path you can choose to pursue as you gain experience. Starting this new year, we would like to make it official that, yes, you can work as per your own schedule as long as you abide by the organization's core principles. You get to choose the time or schedule you would love to work with, with a pre-notice to your team or manager.
New leave policies!
You get to take a day or time off on your Birthdays and six sick leaves per calendar year for both US & India employees. Based on Band, employees can carry over only a specific amount of leaves to the following year, as long as it's within the maximum leaves employee holds within a year.
