This policy describes how OneOrigin’s AI agents and automated crawlers behave on our own properties and across the web, and the rules we follow for governed, accountable automation.
Governed by Design
Every OneOrigin AI agent operates inside a governed harness: it carries context, runs deterministic validators where appropriate, and routes sensitive or low-confidence decisions to a human reviewer. Agents do not act unsupervised on consequential outcomes.
Identification and Attribution
Automated requests we originate identify themselves with a descriptive user agent so site owners can recognize and manage them. We honor reasonable rate limits and back off on errors.
Respecting Site Directives
Our crawlers respect robots.txt directives and standard crawl-control signals. We do not attempt to bypass access controls, paywalls, or authentication.
Acceptable Use of Our AI
You may use our on-site AI assistants for legitimate inquiries about OneOrigin and our products. You may not use them to attempt to extract confidential data, generate harmful content, or probe for security weaknesses.
Human Oversight and Audit
AI actions on our platform are logged with the evidence behind each decision so they can be reviewed and audited. Where an agent’s output materially affects a person, a human remains accountable for the final call.
Reporting Concerns
If you believe an OneOrigin AI agent or crawler behaved improperly, contact us at [email protected] with details and we will investigate.
