OneOrigin, Inc. ("OneOrigin") owns and actively protects proprietary product names, service names, logos, and brand assets. This Trademark Policy explains how OneOrigin's trademarks may and may not be used, so that our brand is applied consistently and lawfully across all media.

1. OneOrigin Trademarks

Sia™ is a trademark of OneOrigin, Inc..

Sia, together with our other product and service names, logos, and brand assets, is referred to in this policy as the "OneOrigin Trademarks." OneOrigin's other names, logos, and brand assets are the property of OneOrigin whether or not they are listed here.

2. Trademark Rights and Acknowledgment

By using any OneOrigin Trademark, in whole or in part, you acknowledge that:

• OneOrigin is the sole owner of all OneOrigin Trademarks

• All rights, title, and goodwill associated with the OneOrigin Trademarks remain exclusively with OneOrigin

• No rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, except under a written license agreement signed by OneOrigin

3. Usage Guidelines

To protect our intellectual property and maintain brand clarity, observe the following standards.

Symbols:

• Use the ™ symbol with unregistered marks (for example, Sia™)

• Once a mark is registered, use the ® symbol on its first or most prominent appearance in any publication or official communication

Attribution:

• Always attribute OneOrigin Trademarks properly. Example: "Sia is a trademark of OneOrigin, Inc.."

Spelling and capitalization:

• Use the exact spelling and capitalization shown (for example, Sia™)

• Do not abbreviate, hyphenate, pluralize, or create variations

Prohibited uses:

• Do not modify or combine OneOrigin Trademarks with other words, logos, or elements

• Do not use phonetic equivalents, transliterations, foreign translations, or stylized imitations

• Do not use OneOrigin Trademarks in your URLs, domain names, social media handles, or account names

• Do not imply partnership, endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without our prior written authorization

• Do not use OneOrigin Trademarks on merchandise (for example, apparel or drinkware) unless expressly licensed

• Do not imitate the distinctive look, logos, typefaces, slogans, or taglines of OneOrigin

4. Design and Presentation

• Do not use any OneOrigin Trademark in a way that dilutes, tarnishes, or disparages the brand

• Do not replicate OneOrigin's website structure, typography, iconography, or layout

• Do not create or adapt slogans or taglines that imitate OneOrigin's branded language
