All Hands Meeting – 2021
An All-hands meeting is no ordinary meeting. It is the meeting to drive transparency and alignment within your team and foster your company culture. The year 2020’s meeting was held on the 28th of January 2021.
All the employees were gathered online under OneOrigin’s leadership to share the company’s business updates of the past year & celebrate milestones and the employees who made it possible.
The meeting begins with the new joiners introducing themselves to everyone. It was then the CEO of the company, started the actual event by speaking of the achievements or the milestones the company achieved, then the other top-management took on with the company goals for 2021. An award show was held in order to recognize the talent within the company. There were 6 categories & numerous winners among every category. Right from a new joiner to the leaders who built the organization was recognized & awarded with a certificate of appreciation.
What the company looks forward to achieving & what do they expect from the employees were all discussed as the event came to an end.
Not all employees come to the office every day. Most of them work from home or either come on alternate days to the office. With the All-hands meeting, it was possible to see every employee together in one place. It gave everyone a sense of belongingness to each other fostering the company culture.
